I have a Home Equitity loan on my current home and would like to know if I could by a second property with a VA loan then turn around a sell after rehab.

If your question is can you use your VA Benefits to buy a second property that you can rehab and then resell, the answer is “No”…
From VA Pamphlete 26-4: “You must occupy or intend to occupy the property as your home within a reasonable period of time after closing the loan”

We are military in Utah and we have not used our VA status for a house yet.
