One question…Can i refinance a short sale. I’m just wondering if i am able to negotiate a short sale and then buy it with hard money, can i then refiance it? i would think so but im not sure if the bank would have a problem with this, i hope not. Thanks in advance

Once you buy it with hard money, the original bank would now be out of the picture so you could do whatever you wanted with it at that point.
