Im here in Ca, (san diego) and I have a lease option deal on the table. I havent done the paperwork on it, I am a little leary to lease option a mobile home, it is also in a senior community (55 and up). I am a little hesitant just because of the fact that it may have some things involved that I am unfamiliar with. Has anyone done this or know if its feasable. I dont see why not, I think that I could find a buyer fairly easily as it is 2 blocks from the beach at an affordable price considering home prices in the area. Should I follow through or focus on higher $$ regular L/O deals? Any info would be appreciated. THanks!
