I am doing my first deal.
I have a home were the owners are behind on there mortgage and want $10,000, then pay off $55,000 balance. What should I do? Talk to the mortgage company?
What type of contract has anyone used to secure the property as an owner or lien holder.Do I have them sign a Warranty Deed or is there something else I can have them sign were I can add myself to the deed once I provide them my money? Any and all comments are appreciated.
