You had better make sure all of your contracts are legal in CA. I would not use any national forms without having an attorney review - it is very dangerous. Do not do any type of pre-foreclosure activities in CA. without taking a course from someone very knowledgeable about our specifics (I am in LA region). I would suggest Bruce Norris(thenorrisgroup.com) if you are in SoCal. Join with one of your local investment clubs and get more info.
