New to REI and I have just acquired 5 properties in Ohio and my LLC is registered in California. Will I still have the protection in Ohio? I have heard that the LLC must file addtional protection in the state that the LLC is doing business, is this true?
you need to register your llc as a foreign entinty in the state your doing business in.
