I’ve searched the site but to no avail. Has anybody used BuyOwner to sell a house? I’ve contacted them and asked their fee for their service, however, I was told it all depended on which package I chose. That’s fair…but the lady still couldn’t give a price or even a ballpark figure for the different packages (pictures, virtual tours, advertising, etc…) I wouldn’t know what the fees would be until I met them at the house. Seems kind of shady to me. Does anybody have experience with prices from them? I’m tempted to try them but want more information going in.

I am not sure how that works, but to me you are showing the house anyway, they are just listing it for you. Might as well just use a flat fee listing realtor.

They will list the property, give you a sign, etc. You get the calls and show the property.

So look up Flat Fee listing or Discount realtors.
