has anyone seen a difference with buying reo’s with cash for getting bank financing?
with all the foreclosures i would think that banks will still accept low cash offers contingent of bank financing. I have cash but some investors and telling me just to use bank financing, any help here?
i agree. I think banks are happy to have offers and while they would prefer offers not contigient on financing they can’t be as picky.
It’s always easier to purchase property when you are offering all cash.
It’s possible to offer all cash, still get a loan and close with borrowed money. Just be prepared to put your cash on the line if the financing doesn’t go through.
Your all cash offer is a “no financing contingiency” offer. You can still use borrowded money, you just can’t back out if you don’t get the mortgage.
