I have got ratified contract and am planning to close at the end of the month. Can someone please let me know if there is anyting I need to do before closing.

LOL!You are right. Can I close on Saturday?Since August 31st fall on Monday and I was thinking either close on Saturday or move my stuff on 30th and close on next day.Is it OK to move stuff one day before closings if listing allows me to do so?Please advise
I don’t know if you can close on a saturday never tried it before. Well come to really think about it I never have worked a Saturday. Now to answer the question on moving before closing I guess if the Realtor knows about it you could. The only problem I would see is if something kinked the closing. I personally would not move until everything was signed!
