I am new to the forum. Has anyone ever tried to buy and sell real estate notes?
A few programs I see are, Russ Dalbey - winning the cash flow business located at http://www.witcfb.com/
And the other is Note investors located at http://noteinvestors.com
I work with private investors to purchase notes. Right now I specialize in real estate notes.
I have tried the Winning in the Cash Flow Business course by Russ Dalbey, and the course is greatly simplified and very elementary. It takes much more dedication to succeed with notes, but it can be done.
:cool hey junhunglau you are very correct it is more then just some 1 -2-3 her is some money as all the tv guys would have you belive !!!
AND i would say to any one looking to get into the note business find someone whom you can trust and work with them in the real world of notes and not some tv pie in the sky as the sky can get very dark very fast !!! I as any one here knows from my past posts have been doing it now as a add on to my company and business for over 5 years /// as well have helped people get into the business with the real facts and this i tell you now is hard for some to take !!!
I hope this has helped the poster and they look very hard at the facts and real life in the notes business befor jumping in !! :biggrin

Russ Dalbey is in the Information Marketing business, as he focuses on selling courses, not buying notes.
We buy notes and can tell you it takes WORK. WORK and well WORK. ha.
