Are there any potential challenges that can arise from buying a property with a deeded right of way?
I am looking at a property to buy and hold that has a strip in the back of the property that is has been deeded as right of way and is used as a driveway for the neighboring property.
I wonder why the the owner did’nt just negotiate a sale of that driveway as they really have no real use for it.
I have a couple of properties with a deeded right or way or eavesment. The way they stop me from selling the property to another person later and the new owner deciding that they don’t want to honor that agreement is to deed it.
