buying 5 unit complex no operating report

Ok here is the deal 5 unit asking 250,000 no operating report, rents are under market by about 225 each three units are rented for 525 the other 2 need remodle what should I do about the no operating report?

Some lenders with not lend on this deal with out it because they consider this to be very fishy or that they are hiding something and this would be very hard deal to do because of it.

You would have to go to a commercial lender that did HML in the commercial arena.

Thanks for the reply I am in contact with a mortgage lender thats trying to get it done but like you said its going to be tough.
