At our company, we purchase homes that are off-market and at times are occupied by the homeowners. Sometimes owners talk with us not originally planning to move but still end up selling to us. For those who have a similar process in their acquisitions, do you ever provide relocation services for sellers (moving trucks, movers, storage units, referrals, etc.)? As we pick up more volume, my purpose of this question is to see if relocation services would add as a negotiation piece and would benefit our customers in a cost-effective manner.
