I am new to wholesaling and I am working on my buyers list. First off I will say there is a TON of good info on ways to build a buyers list on this website and google, so thats not going to be my question. My question is, what are the key things that I want to get when I am talking to an investor? Example if I find someone on craigslist who buys investment property and I call him what are the questions I should be asking? I am considering making a template of questions to ask and then writing down those answers and “filing” it into my buyers list, is that a good technique?

what niche area of the city do you like to buy in? are you cash? is there a place you won’t buy?
don’t make it a long interview because it will annoy most solid buyers. those 3 questions cover a lot of ground
Yeah one of my concerns is annoying potential buyers with too many questions so thats why I am trying to figure the best ones to ask. Thanks for the tip
