i understand that building a strong buyers list is important, but when do you know when you have a strong list. Is it a certain time. should i have 2 5 or 10 i just want to know before i tie up properties. i have only one buyer
Strong lists is not about how many but rather can you deliver what the buyers are looking for, if you can meet the needs of the buyers with 1 or 2 buyers on your list, then for one or two houses can be flipped. You can have a hundred buyers on a list but if the properties you tie up are not what they are looking for then your list might as well be empty. Hope this helps
If you get even one solid buyer in place then start looking for homes that meet their needs. Don’t waste your time looking for other great deals that you don’t have buyers for, just help as many buyers as you have, then spend the rest of your time building your buyers list
