…is anyone offering buyer assistance on their flips? For example: $150k sale; help buyer secure financing with 3% downpayment ($4,500) and closing costs ($5,500) - most qualified buyers and banks would be able to make that deal happen.

…is anybody running into trouble getting buyers since the banks tightened up?

…I don’t want to give my profits away, but want to be able to close quick.

I am always open to giving assistance on my sales but only if it is a full priced offer.

Yes, qualified buyers are getting harder to find but they are still out there.
