Here’s a letter I got in the mail from supposedly America’s largest wholesaler.
What kind of business systems do they have that allow them to get so big?
Keep in mind that I have potentially millions of dollars in marketing if I can get my dad to invest.

Everything in their business is systemized. Lead generation, lead capture, scripting, appointment setting, acquisitions, resell, etc.
Your dad will never invest millions until you are consistently doing deals. For every person who wants to wholesale houses, but never does, there is someone like me who would pay him 8-10% on his money secured by real estate at 60-70% of market value. If he has millions, that means he has consistently made intelligent business decisions.
I just called them for the hell of it. They are no different than any other wholesaler. They wanted to schedule a time for someone to visit the property.
