We are getting ready to go into business. What like a financial advisor, as to how to spend our money that specializes in Real Estate. What is the title of the person we should contact? Also, if you know of anyone, in the Austin area, please advise.

You need a team. Mortgage broker, real estate agent (preferably buyer's agent only), and other investors would help to point you in the right direction. Also, if you would like to draft a business plan, there are books on the subject, I'm sure if you Google "business plan" the snake oil would flow...
