I am looking to write up a business plan for my (future) real estate portfolio. I am starting to invest this year with the intent of owning 10 properties in 12 yrs.
Does anyone know where I can view sample business plans from other real estate investors?
Anyone know of some good software for real estate business plans?

the best part of the business plan process is writing it, it gets you to think. :bobble Try not to use a template. Use the tools on the sba site to make you think about what u want to say and how u r going to do it. good luck :biggrin
