I am beginning to invest in income producing residential property and moving away from flipping property (what I have been doing for 2.5 yrs now). Fannie Mae will only allow 10 conventional mortgages per person, creating difficulty in getting low cost financing after that.
Does anyone out there have any good information on business lines of credit and who is the best lender for this? Before I get to my limit, I would like to be prepared now. Do I need to have a business license for a certain period of time, do I need to have a certain amount of assets, etc? Basically, what are the requirements? What kind of interest should I expect?
