Cheapest solution is to buy business card sheets from Staples (or similar) and print up your own on a color printer. If you actually spend some time coming up with a good design they come out quite professional. Also, thais way I have several different versions depending on the situation I am in. (buy for cash, rent to own, selling, rental, etc).

Mine just have my business name in the upper left, I BUY HOUSES in the center, then my name and number in the bottom right. I got mine done at a local print shop and they were pretty expensive. $40 for 250 of them. On one hand I love supporting local businesses, but on the other hand I can get them for half that online.
