Why is it so difficult to get REO bulk sales? Many people are in default or forclosure. Banks should be happy to unload some of those homes? Any insight?
You have to prove your worthiness to the banks, IMO. I know a guy that was offered 100 homes from Chase last year at about $.20 /$1.00. They are out there, and they will even come to YOU, you just have to be doing enough for them to notice I guess.
