Hi guys, just got wind of a new law. A recent regulation change by the State of N.J. Division of Taxation has affected the way income-producing real estate transfers will be handled. They are required that seller’s attorney is responsible to file a Form C-9600 and Asset Transfer Tax Declaration (TDD). this form was use for Commerical Transactions and now being used to regulated tax collection tool.
