Bulk Reos…How do they work? Real or Fiction?
I have a guy trying to get me involved?
Nothing new really, and they are real, but watch your A$$,
I’ve save a couple of investors that I work with from losing their butts on these deals that look great on paper, but there was 0 value in buying bulk vs. hand picking great deals already on the market.
They can be a bargain, but many times they are just a bundle of homes that a middleman is trying to make a killing off by trying to get you to buy the whole package.

they are real, however finding the real buyers and real sellers will be the hard part as there are so many people out there that know a guy that knows a guy.
It’s worth taking a shot at, just be aware that it’ll probably take a long time to make money from it as a intermediary or as a buyer
