I am building my buyers list and checking my county tax assesors website for absentee owners. I am noticing that alot of people are purchasing properties in LLC’s. Anyone know of a good method to contact these people other than sending a blind postcard?
Unless they don’t have a phone # the only thing I can tell you is to send them a yellow letter asking them if they would be willing to sell you their home.

the tax assessors website is a good place to find absentee owners, but a better way is to drive around and call all the “for rent” signs. You can also call all the ones in the paper.
