I think that a facebook fan page is not a bad idea as lots of people are social these days. For the realm of wholesaling, old fashion methods still take the cake for me. You may be able to find a nice niche with FB, and in that case go for it. :beer

If you are talking about the social media, then I think you must not forget new entry in this world, ie Google+. Although its new but still you must have a company profile on it to reach the world.

I don’t love the idea of Social Marketing for SFH real estate business. Maybe wholesaling on the buyers end but I think you might be better off using Linkedin.

Hi,
I believe that social networking sites plays important role in increasing traffic. Having a professional page on facebook, the most popularized networking site is very beneficial to reach out number of people and increasing the leads for your business.

Social media is part of my marketing. BUT for me success in real estate comes from direct mail campaigns, phone calls, person to person meetings, and in-person networking. I’d recommend LinkedIn over FB.

Well, different strategies work for different business. E-mail campaigns are also good option to use but most of the people avoid such mails in the inbox.

Hi,
I agreed too. Social networking sites specially the most popular one Facebook and the business pages are liked by most of the people browsing the web. This helps you to grow business globally and catch the wider audience.
