Brookview Financial or CT Capital

Hi all,
Does anyone have experience with HM from Brookview or CTC? I am looking for a HM lender in the Florida panhandle.

I have had previous customers that used brookview. They seemed happy with their service, but they also charged a $1500 application fee to the customers credit card immediately after approval. Non-refundable.

Before committing to one of those companies, I would try to find HMLs through your local REIA meetings. Getting referals are one of the best ways to find trustworthy people.

Of course, always read ALL fine print very carefully (from anyone/everyone).
