William Bronchick is having his “Workshop: Starting and Succeeding in Real Estate Investing” seminar this weekend and am wondering if anyone has attended or heard if it is worth attending? I don’t want to go if it is just a pitch to buy his more expensive programs. The cost is $149 any info is appreciated.

I live in Boulder CO and use to go to all the carie.com meetings (he owns that site) and it was nice to network and see all your competition:) Like most seminar speakers…there will always be up-selling for their other products. He will most likely talk about his Wholesale Cousre/Sub2/Creative Financing Course/Legal forms…he owns legalwiz.com …
It will most likely be a motivation and get the ball rolling seminar.
To join his site, carie.com it will be a 200 fee and then you can post and network and get questions answered.
PS. I am not a member
IMO, Anytime you get to attend a seminar put on by a pro of his caliber and hear something new, it’s well worth it. You never know where the next grain of information is coming from that will make all the difference to your success. Expose yourself to as many opportunities as you can for education.

interesting enough i just spoke with an investor who has dealt with bronchick personally on a deal. first let me say that i have heard many of his audio books and have been rather impressed with the information he has given. on the flip side, the investor whom i spoke with said they were also impressed by his material until THEY had to structure the deal because he didn’t know how.
just some food for thought. i would still listen to his audio stuff because it’s more than i know…however if you’re spending a good amount of $$$…maybe you should think twice.

Now hold on say what? Vague, confusing?
I appreciate you replying to my thread but first you said a friend you spoke with dealt with him personally on a deal, then you like his tapes, then an investor impressed with the material but had problems structuring the deal? Was this the friend involved personally on the deal? What tapes, programs, seminars, workshops are you referring to?
I have never bought, nor read any of Bronchicks materials, but I rarely hear anything bad about him…and that usually means something positive in my opinion. I would say if you can afford it, go…after all, it’s only $149. As long as you can afford it, I think it would be worth going just from the networking perspective.
Bill Bronchick is worth it. His materials are sound and he is an ethical and well-respected man. He is not the typical guru hawking “get rick quick” schemes and you can always learn something from a man of his caliber.
