Hi,
Does anyone have a good pre-foreclosure flyer that I can leave on a doorknob if no one is at home? Or perhaps it could be mailed.
Thank you for any help you can give.

I would think that a letter would be better. If my house was in pre-foreclosure, I’d be really angry and embarrassed to see it broadcast from my doorknob. Now if you tagged all the houses in the area and made it look like a non-targeted campaign, it might go over better.
Either way you should try a few searches in the marketing board of this forum for samples and ideas. I have found a wealth of info there.
Believe it or not, I get the best results with a hand-written brightly colored Post It note stuck to the door.
I’ve found that a well thought out marketing plan will get allot of response. 25% of the people I send mailings to respond. You might check out my post in the Real Estate Marketing forum “Sure fire way to get call backs on your mailings”
