I am going for a sleek professtional look that gives you enough information to feel informed but not so much you feel overwhelmed and don’t want to pick up a phone.

This is real improvement from your earlier submission. You’ve got the keyword in your url; you’ve made the first page really simple to grasp; the visitors are probably coming from a lease/option search, or whatever other seo source of leads you’re generating, so this site makes sense to that niche of prospects.
I still think your header takes up too much space, but it’s not a deal killer.
The only other thing is a link to properties you have for sale. Did I miss this?
