Hello! I’m new to this site, but not new to REI. I got started buying duplexes in upstate NY. At that time I was only interested in cash flow. I stumbled in to rehabbing, and now that’s mostly what I’m doing. Anway, I’m looking forward to seeing what there is to learn here, as well. I wish you the best in your journey!
