What happens to the homes that no one bids on at auctions? Do they become REO’s? And if so, is it possible for me to purchase them from the bank before they hits the MLS?
Also, if I am looking at a condo and it has an association lien, where do I find out how much it is for?
And finally, does anyone have any tips on buying foreclosures or REO’s in Illinois?
