Books or Packages on Commercial RE Investing

Hi Guys,

My partners and I have done a couple of residential deals and are looking at investing in Commercial RE. 8-15 units in New York. Can anyone recommend any good commercial real estate books or packages? Thanks in advance.

I would recommend taking some or all of the CCIM classes. The web site is www.ccim.com. I don’t think anyone book will give you a good understanding without some feedback from a teacher. They may be more money than you want to spend but it’s worth it.

If you want you want a “cheap date”, I highly recommend picking up
“Investing in Real Estate-Fifth Edition” by Andrew McClean and Gary Eldred.
