Does anyone know of a GOOD-UPDATED Book on Notebuying?
I’m not sure how up to date his material is but Terry Vaghn has a few products with examples and forms that you can get on creonline.com He is one of the best!
I’d also suggest John Behle at www.papergame.com. In my opinion, his materials are excellent. And, please tell him that Tim said he needs to get his materials back on REIClub RIGHT NOW!
