Sorry mods I did’nt know if this was the right sub-forum to post this thread in. But anyway I am a owner of a few rental properties and I am interested in learning about MORTGAGE NOTES, TRUST DEEDS, CASHFLOWS etc…
I would like to know if anyone can suggest good easy to read BOOKS and or THREADS where this discussed in detail. Any suggestions are welcome…
Jay, I’m not entirely sure exactly what your after in a book but right here under the free book, audio’s section is a great little book for free, by Greg Winfield. Another would be streetwisesellerfinancing by Eddie Speed. I have both and they’re well worth the read. Others will cost you and I’d look at ebay under some of the Note guru names for some more.
