Bookkeeping

I currently use Quickbooks for bookkeeping in my other companies, but am finding it difficult to set Quickbooks up correctly for real estate investing. Does any one use any of the Real estate plug-ins for Quickbooks? or can anyone help with how to set up accounts when buying and selling real estate? Thanks in advance for your help.

Okay, I purchased the Kiss Guide to Bookkeeping, but I don’t see how to input wholesale transactions. Do I record wholesales the same as a rehab flip? Thanks

A wholesale flip is the same as a rehab flip without the rehab.
