Hey,
I was wondering if you guys could suggest some real, NO BS, books that have helped you learn this industry. I know their is a Real Estate Books section but I dont know if authors pay to have their books up and also their are tons of books on there.
Sooo any suggestions for a beginner?

Most people on here recommend Mike Rossi’s (propertymanager on here) book. I bought a few and checked out some from the local library, but some of the info is completely out to lunch in some of those books. Mike is not in the business of selling information. He’s out there doing rentals and making a living from them. You should also find the forums that interest you and read every single post from oldest to most current. Take notes along the way. It will help you.
