Anyone ever invest in Boat Slips or heard of this type of investment?
Doing some research specific to FL, I am finding no new marinas being built or slips being made available, this creating a supply and demand. I have been involved in some projects that offer these, but it is really hard to swallow 300K for 2 sticks in the water.
