Houses they look for are vacant,? rundown?..who has the deed? how much they want to sell it for? repairs?
does anyone have a good list of Qualifying questions i could have them fill out
What ever your criteria is that is what you tell your bird dogs.
What type of property,sq ft,etc tell them your entire criteria and go from there.
I thought you were wholesaling propace. If so tell them the criteria that your buyers want.
