I’m also starting out in the real estate investment realm as a bird dog. I invested in the Barry Grimes real estate jobbing course and found it to be very informative, educational, motivating and full of great tips and knowlege for getting started as a bird dog. As far as a finders fee… you can either set a flat fee (usualy between $500.00 to $1,000.00) or you can set up a fee schedule based on a percentage of the purchase price. It will depend on each individual investor you negotiate with to decide on which payment method to use.
