:bigok Are their investors out there that would work with bird dogs.
Because if they have list of homes that they could use. Because I had a bad turn with one, they wanted a home and I had found a couple and they shot me down. So I am concern in that area because of that. So can someone tell what I my have done wrong.

Find the investors first…Then find out exactly what they are looking for…Then go find it. If you find a “real deal” you won’t get turned away. BTW, it’s not what you consider a deal, it is the person who is paying for it that makes that determination.
