I am sure rates will vary according the the city or state you are in. How about getting a few people that will place your bandit signs out for you every week.

Also get a few birddogs and pay them 10-20% of the deal if they close it. Or pay them for every abandoned house they bring to you according to your criteria. :terminator

You could pay either a flat fee or a percentage, depending on how much work the bird dog agrees to do for you.

I personally usually pay $250-$1000 depending on the deal. ive a few times before paid half too but that varies on how active they work the deal. i had a few people say why did you pay half!!! and i told them hey sometimes half of something is better then 100% of nothing… :beer
