I am interested in getting involved into the RE investment arena and want to know does anyone have any information on how to get involve or to start off as a bird dog. I have no money to invest, but an overabundance of time.

Not sure what kind of advice you’re looking for.
Do you have the skills in place to start finding and controling properties? If so, then go get some properties under your control. If they are good deals, you will have no problem finding people to take them off your hands.
And if you don’t have the skills, then start with a few books. I just flipped (no pun intended) through “Flipping Properties” by Bronchick and Dahlstrom, and I think it’s an excellent primer.
