Bird Dogging in Expensive Massachusetts HELP!

I’ve found a few properties, now how do I bird dog them?

How do I find investors who’d be interested (without doing the work themselves and going over my head)?

Many of the properties are SEVERLY run down yet cost $400K plus and will require major work. The average homes are selling for $600K and up.

I’m totally confused if this will work or not in my area? Please assist quickly!

Hello salemgurl,

Do you have the properties under contract?

Try going to your local Real Estate Investor Association.
Post the properties in the paper.

Look in your local newspaper for investors with ads looking to buy homes.

Hope this helps  If not feel free to email. I’m from Mass my self maybe we can work together.

Try going to your local club and asking investors what they are looking for. ;D
You can then Tailor your hunt to properties that you know investors are looking for.

what part of mass? …

Greater Boston area

sound’s like your looking real close to the city…and those do sound expensive for rehab’s or flip’s…im alway’s looking myself…and i’d pay bird-dog fee for anything that pans out…although i won’t be buying for aboiut 2 months, im tied up with some other property…keep me in mind.

… you have any pic’s of the subject properties?

thank you.

At this time I do know of couple of properties (one I’m going to see tomorrow) but I am unable to send the pics to you.

I will keep in touch with you.

ok, thanks,…im a mass and new hampshire investor…

I focus on wholesaling in the Northshore area… If you still do not have buyers for the properties you find let me know. I’ll see what I can do in regards to helping you find someone.

sybadon,

I noticed you invest in the area. If you send me an email with the info on what type of properties you like and contact info I can always have you on my buyers list.
