How does one become a Bird Dog ?
One thing I’ve done already is to contact all of the ads that I see in my local area such as “We Buy Houses”, etc.
Not all of them, but most, will bird dog you.
How much will they pay per find, on average ?
On average between 500-$1000 per transaction.
