Birddogs sniff out property for sale hopefully good deals. I have a junk man in Killeen that drives around looking for used appliances to haul off. He is also looking for FSBO signs for me and vacant duplexes and other property that is boarded up. I will give him $100 for each deal I buy. If he brings the owners name and the sales price and knows it is a great deal I will pay him more. The more leg work they save you the more they should get paid. I do not pay until I have closed on the deal.
