I am new to this industry but after many months of studying up and doing research I have decided that flipping property is the way I want to go. I’ve been in sales for 12 years and its time for a change. My question is, are there other investors here in CT that work with bird dogs? I have found several great potential opportunities that I can’t do anything with. I am focusing on pulling my credit scores up a few more points to get the type of loans I want before making a move. I am hoping that a local investor may be willing to offer finders fees and idealy some advice due to my lack of experience. For those who may be interested I am located in New Haven County.
