I don’t know what to charge for birddogging?
I have too many deals now, can’t afford to have all my money tied into a property for 30-90 days. I have buyers lined up for houses. One is 17k already resold at 37k on a deal like that what should be charged for seting the whole thing up?

If you have money tied up in a property, then you’re not bird dogging.
