Bill Bronchick's Wealth Protection

I am thinking of purchasing Bill Bronchick’s Wealth Protection Library. Has anyone purchased it? I would be interested in your opinion on it. Thank you.

I just bought the 3 book set for $30 and I have read 1 book. I have not read the wealth protection book yet but I think they are worth the $30. Some of his other programs can get up there in price.

NDI

The “Wealth Protection Library” is $997.

I spent $1,700 on Rus Witney’s course and they made all kinds of promises. I would spend the $30 and see if you liked what was in them before spending the $997.

NDI

ND investor,
what promises did they make ?
I spent money on Robert Blumn and he was the guy that did estate planning for celebrities whom he charged 20K or more…Wonder if the story is true but i enjoyed reading his stuff and seminar. They have a 1800 support line for life.

Hey, there’s always EBay for these courses, right? So long as they are complete…

Robert

not this one.
there are ebay course for ron legrand, scott scheel, chuck smith, kris…that’s mostly it.

Russ Whitney has the support line for life as well. Everytime I tried calling all I got was a sales pitch on what $8,000 course or seminair I needed to go to to learn what I was asking about.

One item they stressed in the seminair was the FHA Title 1 Home Improvement loan. I live in a Rural State North Dakota so you would think you could find a lender here, not. Whitney also said the loans were easy to qualify for. I got excited and started calling banks to see if they have done any of these loans and 90% of the banks didn’t know what I was talking about. I called the Whitney 800 number and they didn’t have any lenders that did the loans either. I eventually called FHA and they directed me to some bank in New Jersey. Turns out it was like qualifing for a home mortgage through a bank.

They want to send you to their so called list of lenders, I am sure they get a % of the loan. I called their support line about 3 times and I finally gave up calling since all I got was a sales pitch. The responses here are better than anything I ever got out of Witney. They talked big about getting cash back at closing and I have found this to be very difficult.

I had one sales rep that called me to convince me to buy other courses and I told him to show me how to make the money to pay for the next course. One of their first games they play once they get you to a seminair is to call all of your credit cards to convince them to raise your limits. It was quit interesting, some people got their limits raised by $10K. At the seminair they said this was to increase your working capital for purchasing and rehabing homes. There whole intent (in my opinion) was to qualify you for future sales pitches.

Sorry I don’t want to sound negative I am sure some people have had better luck.

The one thing I did learn was that you have to start and don’t give up when it gets difficult. The other princle they stressed that I did liked was the principle of compounding, owning multiple properties that appreciate every year and have a positive cash flow.

I would be interested in hearing of other guru’s stories and successes?

NDI

that 's really bad ND Investor… I m bursting into tears reading your post. Why cant they be honest and teach pple how to make $$$… gosh…Luckily i smelled something was wrong with Russ W. and didnt purchase his stuff…The probl w. these guru seminar is they dont allow us to ask any questions, or record what they preach.

It was a $1,700 education they did talk about other things but overall I thought the information was outdated. It could have been worse I could have gone to an $8000 seminair. LOL It’s easier to laugh now, things are going fairly well. It’s not easy but it can be done with persistance and a goal with a plan to get there.

I still believe another Russ Whitney statement that more people make their fortunes in Real Estate than any other venture. Russ may have borrowed it from someone else.

NDI

oh no…i hope there are not many 8000 attendeees

I saw a foreclosure which also charge 8000…Gosh, money is hard to find…it seems a thousand dollar is like a dollar or some sort.

You should see John T Reed’s review on hist site and YEARS of legal battles he has had (and evidently won) versus Russ Whitney. It’s really a hoot. lol

Robert

whois john t reed ?

John T. Reed is the least credible of all the critics. He criticizes virtually every guru that ever lived, many of them whose programs he clearly does not even bother to understand. He gives a “Do Not Recommend” label to everyone else while selling his own products. He even does not recommend Success Magazine, Carleton Sheets, etc. He is not at all credible.

Da Wiz

John T. Reed can be a bit of a curmudgeon, but I think he is on target with most of his views. Reed does not charge outrageous prices for his books and he doesn’t make outlandish claims. In my opinion, he is one of the most credible real estate investment writers out there.

All I can say is I would not spend the money on another Whitney seminair, I don’t know much about the reviewer other than what he said seemed about appropriate from what I can remember from almost 3 years ago. I do also know that Mtwizard has givin consistant postings regarding his expertise on Trusts. We all need to move forward on what we can do to increase our weatlh and protect it.

I know all about confidentiality statements regarding lawsuits and we can all speculate on the outcome.

As I said earlier I would spend the $30 on Bill’s 3 books and then decide if you wanted to spend the additional $900+. From what I have read so far I am pleased with his products. One of the other things I remember from Russ’s seminair is what is the ROI (Return on Investment)? This is always a valid question?

Best of luck to all!
NDI

Steve,

So because Reed doesn’t charge much for his own products he is free to lie about other people? That makes a lot of sense. For those of us who have been involved in real estate since Lincoln was assassinated, Reed is a joke.

Da Wiz

Gary, if you think that is an accurate capsulation of my post then you have comprehension problems. I have been in real estate for many years myself. My opinion differs from yours.

Steve,

If Reed gave honest critiques he would be believable. Here’s Bill Gatten’s response to Reed in a point-by-point rebuttal. It is obvious that Reed knows absolutely nothing about Gatten’s program yet saw no harm in accusing him of racketeering. Bill, whom I know personally and respect a great deal, refers to Reed as an “uniformed half-ass who appointed himself to be a guardian of morality and decency”. Read it for yourself and see if Reed is not exposed as a fraud:
