What would you guys say are the 3 biggest items for closing costs from highest to least if your retailing to a C/D buyer?
From my perspective… it would be points, transfer taxes, then title insurance. What do you guys think?
Sounds about right. In MD the taxes are so high sometimes its taxes, points & title insurance.
Commission if a Realtor is used…but define “C/D buyer”

Cash Down is what C/D is Keith… at least as I’ve seen it on other boards.
By C/D I mean as in credit score.
What do you guys think are the next three largest?
Attorney/Closing fee, appraisal and then survey?
Look at a HUD-1…it has all/most potential closing costs…they vary by state/region as to how much each will be.
